About Kaeli
(The Bridge Generation, a.k.a. where analog soul meets digital wizardry.)
Born in the golden age of cassette tapes and dial-up tones, Kaeli belongs to the rare species known as “bridge-generation creatives”—humans who remember life before the internet yet somehow mastered every tool that arrived after it.
Raised by entrepreneurial parents and grandparents forged in the grit of the Dirty 30s, she inherited an old-world work ethic and a new-world imagination. A dangerous combination in all the best ways.
Kaeli first joined Steffich Fine Art in 2018 under the legendary mentorship of Matt Steffich, who quickly recognized that she wasn’t merely talented—she was a full-blown creative engine with a brain wired for artistry, psychology, and tech. When Matt passed away in 2020, he left behind a legacy and a gallery that needed someone brave, stubborn, and visionary enough to carry it forward.
Kaeli stepped up without hesitation—equal parts heart, hustle, and hope.
Today she represents more than forty artists and runs the gallery with a blend of classical arts training, digital sorcery, and entrepreneurial fire. She builds websites, edits videos, writes scripts, designs marketing, negotiates sales, nurtures collectors, mentors artists, studies world history for fun, and still somehow finds time to smell the wildflowers down by the bay. (Usually with Pavlove, her small but mighty canine co-curator.)
If Steffich Fine Art feels like a place where integrity matters, where artists are truly seen, and where collectors feel both supported and celebrated—it’s because Kaeli runs the gallery the way she was raised: work hard, care deeply, tell the truth, and leave things better than you found them.
She is currently developing several creative projects, including a sci-fi novel, a business philosophy book inspired by Matt’s teachings, and a long-term vision to make fine art more accessible through education and technology.
Keep an eye out for this colourful creature.
She is, quite simply, building something beautiful—and bringing as many people along for the ride as possible.
