Our dedicated Salt Spring Gnomes (highly skilled, meticulous, and fueled by ethically sourced espresso) oversee every detail of the shipping process. From the moment your artwork is prepared for departure to its final arrival, we take every precaution to ensure a secure and delightful journey.

Processing Times & Rush Orders

While we strive to prepare and dispatch your order as quickly as possible, our small but mighty team takes great care to package each piece with love, precision, and mythical-level craftsmanship. Typically, shipments leave our gallery within 10 days of purchase, though we often accommodate rush orders. If you have an urgent timeline, please contact us, and we’ll see if our gnomes can weave their magic a little faster.

Local Pickup & Delivery

For our friends closer to home, we offer convenient in-gallery pickup on Salt Spring Island. Additionally, we provide local deliveries within the Greater Vancouver and Gulf Islands neighborhoods. Reach out to arrange a time, and we’ll personally ensure your new art piece finds its way to you with care.

Shipping Carriers & Packaging

We use only the finest and most reliable carriers to transport our artwork, ensuring a smooth and secure journey. Each package is custom-built and reinforced to keep your piece safe from the perils of travel. Whether it’s a framed masterpiece or a delicate sculpture, we design our packaging to withstand dragons, storms, and overzealous postal workers.

Fully Insured Shipments

Every shipment is fully insured against damage and theft, because we believe that peace of mind should be included with every purchase. In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives in distress, please provide photographic proof of the damage so that we can properly address the issue. We will work diligently to ensure a fair and expedient resolution.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Should your package mysteriously vanish into the ether (or fall into the hands of mischievous spirits), we will initiate an investigation with our shipping partners. Again, proof of loss or theft may be required to process a claim. Please contact us immediately if you suspect your art has gone on an unplanned adventure.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For our international collectors, customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer, as they are determined by local authorities. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office for estimated costs.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the unique nature of our artwork, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out, and we will do our best to assist you.
