When I lived on Thetis Island, I would harvest salal berries in early August. They are very sweet and tacky and make a great jelly, similar to wild blueberry jam. So this is me picking salal berries with my dog Django, who is busy chasing a squirrel.
This digital, coloured version was designed by scanning the litho and then adding colour on the computer.
