On a warm June night on Thetis Island, where I used to live, I decided to go for a walk. I ended up walking all the way down to Foster Point, at the south end of the island, where one can access a sheltered beach through a small path in the forest.
The full moon made the atmosphere so magical, I couldn't resist. I took all my clothes off, and went for a dip. To take a "bain de minuit" ("midnight swim") means "skinny dipping" in French.
