Minus Millefleurs

My husband used to own a Nigerian dwarf pet goat, named Minus ("tiny" in French). The goat would gorge on salal bushes all day, clearing everything that was within his reach. "Millefleurs" (literally "thousand flowers") refers to a type of European medieval tapestries which background is saturated with little flowers and leaves.

I have a passion for French medieval tapestries and I believe that growing up around them influenced my aesthetics - so this is my tribute to this art form. 

This digital, coloured version was designed by scanning the litho and then adding colour on the computer.
