    Klehw̓etua Rodney Sayers : ƛ̓uum̓aʔa is a Hupač̓asatḥ artist from Ahswinis, Port Alberni, and a descendant of the nuučaańuł peoples. With degrees from Capilano College, ACAD, and NSCAD, his work blends cultural knowledge, language revitalization, and contemporary practice. Sayers creates carvings, installations, and collaborative works that honour tradition while allowing it to evolve in a living modern context.
